The more I shop online the more I know it is the right thing to do! As a mother of 3 I find myself constantly on the run. Of course, you might want to think twice if you want to buy ice cream, the chances are it will melt before you get home.You can add to that I had my 2 girls wanting to get out of the car, screaming got a snack, milk, a toy or anything that shined in their way.

Today, my life is easier. People ask me how can I do all the things I do with 3 kids and no cleaning lady? The answer is simple. Online shopping can save you countless hours of pain and suffering, and yes, it can also save you hundreds of dollars by avoiding impulse purchases, trips to the store at a ridiculous $3.98 a gallon, and adding things to your cart you don't need but they placed it right in your face at the store.

It is hard to believe that the products we find in the shelves at the store have no regulation on the safety and side effects they have in humans. These products are advertise as great options to maintain a clean house, without mentioning the potential harm to our health due to the fumes and reactions when mixed together. A Year Improving People's Health and Wellness

During this time I have tried many of their products to prove ‘hands-on” if the products they carry are better than the ones I used to pick the best option for me and my family. • Lemon Brite: Dish liquid lasts long, leaves dishes ultra clear and residue free. I have compared with brands such as Dawn and Palmolive and the cost is very competitive, especially if you realize that Lemon Brite has no phosphates, bleach or ammonia.

• Sol-U-Mel: Removes stains from furniture, carpets, clothes without caustic chemicals, instead uses the penetrating power of Melaleuca (tea tree) oil. I like both scents although my favorite is Lemon Blossom. Some uses for Sol-U-Mel include: mopping, air freshener, bathroom cleaner, sink cleaner, removes crayon, permanent marker, ink stains, juice, chewing gum and stubborn warning stickers when you park on a reserved parking space. Removes odors from trash cans, pets, and closets. I even use it combined with T36-C5 melaleuca oil to remove head lice!!

• Renew IntensiveSkin Lotion is fabulous to maintain a healthy skin but it is amazing on diaper rashes, allergic reactions on the skin, insect bites, cracked heals, rough elbows, yeast infections and itching and peeling skin (very common during summer pool days) This is far better than Eucerin, perfect lotion for people with Eczema, Psoriasis or severely dry skin.

• Tub and Tile works great to remove soap scum and to prevent mold in our showers, leaves sinks sparkling clean but I have discovered other uses such as to wash the glass coffee carafe when it is stained from the coffee, it leaves the kitchen stainless steel sink ultra clean as it removes soap scum and water residues and it is great on rust stains too!

• Melaleuca T36-C5 Oil this is a must in all bags. It is a natural antiseptic with antibacterial properties to prevent infections, it gently soothes skin when is itchy as it penetrates deeply in the skin (if you pour a drop on a balloon it will pop!), wont damage tissue on damaged skin. Its natural solvent power dissolves dirt and stains (it removed Cray Glue from my daughter’s fingertips!). Uses: acne, athlete’s foot, bee stings, bug bites, blisters, burns, sore throat (mix a few drops with warm water and gargle), disinfectant, decongestant (great when you put a few drops in a hot tub when sick), head lice, bug repellent, relieves sinus pain and even headaches when rubbed on the sides of the head and neck.

• Proflex20 protein shake has 20g of protein per serving and only 2g of sugar. This amazing whey protein shake works great after exercise to recover and build lean muscle but I take it also as a mid-day snack or morning power shake combined with fresh fruit and a handful of raw oats. Safe for kids and even infants. Great way to maintain muscle after 35 when we can lose muscle mass as much as 1% per year!  The difference from other shakes is that is not over-loeaded with vitamins, so you can give it to kids, or you can have more than 2-3 a day without exceeding the amount of vitamins and minerals recommended in a day. Be sure to use a blender with the chocolate one as it is harder to mix just by stirring. Use cold water and/or ice chips for an ice-cream taste!

• FiberWise orange, it has a very pleasant flavor and it provides 12g of fiber per serving. Do you know that we are supposed to ingest 30-35g of fiber a day? This is a great way to get the fiber we need to keep our bodies free of toxins, besides that it has antioxidants and vitamin C. Fiber helps us control our bad cholesterol and maintain our weight.
